Refund Policy

All sales are final

All OptivaTemplates themes and templates are digital Products. They are delivered instantly once your payment is successfully processed, and you get full access to the files or template right away. Because a digital Product cannot be returned once it has been downloaded or duplicated, we do not offer refunds once an order has been completed.

This applies to all Products and license types, including single licenses and bundle licenses.

Your consent at checkout

By completing your purchase, you ask us to deliver your Product immediately and you agree that, once it has been delivered, you lose any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase, to the extent the law of your country allows this.

Before you buy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Before buying, please:

• explore the live demo of the Product on desktop and mobile;
• read the product page carefully, including the features, included pages and license type;
• check the platform and version requirements, such as the WordPress version or Shopify plan needed;
• make sure the Product works with any plugins, apps or services you depend on.

If you have any questions before buying, email support@optivatemplates.com. We will gladly tell you whether a Product suits your project.

If something goes wrong

If you run into a problem with a Product, such as an installation error, a bug or a missing file, email support@optivatemplates.com with your order number, the Product name, the domain where it is installed and a description of the issue. Our team will work with you to fix it, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

If you did not receive your download after a successful payment, contact us and we will send you access straight away.

Billing errors

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout, email support@optivatemplates.com with your order details. We will investigate and correct any verified billing error.

Chargebacks

Please contact us at support@optivatemplates.com before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, as most issues can be resolved quickly by email. If a chargeback is raised, the related license may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
