OptivaTemplates is a remote studio that designs and develops premium website themes and templates. Each theme is planned around a specific type of business, such as rehab centers, animal shelters, VFX studios or appliance repair companies, so it arrives with the pages and sections that business actually needs.

We create themes and templates for WordPress, Astro, Framer, Shopify and Webflow. The platform is shown on every product card and product page, so you always know what you are buying.

Yes. Every product has a live demo that you can explore on desktop and mobile. We strongly recommend checking the demo and reading the product page before buying, because all sales are final.

The layout, design and features will match the demo. Some demo images may not be included in the download because they belong to their photographers, so you may see neutral placeholders instead. Once you add your own text and photos, your site will look like the demo with your branding.

No coding is needed for our WordPress, Shopify, Framer and Webflow products. You edit text, images, colors and layouts visually in the platform editor. Astro themes are built for developers or anyone comfortable working with code, and they come with setup documentation.

For WordPress, you need a self-hosted WordPress site or a WordPress.com plan that allows custom theme uploads. For Shopify, you need a Shopify store. For Framer and Webflow, you need an account on that platform, and a paid site plan if you want to publish on your own domain. For Astro, you need Node.js on your computer and a hosting provider that supports static or Astro sites.

Yes. Every theme is tested on phones, tablets and desktops. Themes use a clean heading structure, fast-loading code and markup that works well with popular SEO tools on each platform.

Of course. Email support@optivatemplates.com and tell us about your project. We will let you know whether a theme is a good fit before you spend anything.

Most themes are priced between $49 and $79. The exact price is shown on each product page and at checkout, in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

The All Themes Pass gives you access to every theme in our catalog across all platforms, plus new releases during your membership, along with updates and priority support. It is a bundle license, and the number of domains it covers is stated on its product page at the time of purchase.

We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors, and we never see or store your full card number.

If sales tax, VAT or a similar tax applies in your country, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

No. You always pay the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Later price changes or promotions do not affect completed orders.

Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is successfully processed, you can download your theme from your account, and you will receive an order confirmation email with access details.

First, check your spam or promotions folder for the confirmation email. If it is not there, email support@optivatemplates.com with your order details and we will send you access right away.

Framer and Webflow templates are delivered as a remix or duplicate link. Opening the link copies the template straight into your own account on that platform, ready to edit.

Yes. Your purchased themes and their latest versions stay available in your account for as long as the product is actively maintained.

Every product is sold with a single license unless the product page says otherwise. A single license can be activated on one domain only, so you can use the theme to build and run one website.

Not with a single license. Each domain needs its own license. A separate live website on a subdomain, such as shop.example.com, also counts as a separate domain. If you need several sites, look for a bundle license, which lists on its product page how many domains it covers.

Yes. Buy one license for each client website. When you hand the site over, the license for that domain belongs to your client.

Yes. You may use a private staging site or local copy to build and test your licensed website, as long as it is not publicly accessible.

Yes. Email support@optivatemplates.com with your order number and both domains. Once the theme has been removed from the original domain, we will move the activation to the new one.

No. You may not resell, share, give away or publish our themes, whether original or modified, or use them in a website builder or service that lets other people create sites. Full details are in our License Terms.

The PHP code in our WordPress themes is licensed under the GPL, as WordPress requires. Your license covers the license key, theme updates and email support for the number of domains you purchased.

The images in our live demos come from the free stock photo libraries Pexels, Pixabay, StockSnap and PxHere. They belong to their original photographers and are used under each library’s own license.

Some may be usable, but they are not covered by our license and you are responsible for following the rules of the library they came from. For example, you usually cannot sell unaltered copies of a photo or use identifiable people in a way that suggests they endorse your business. We recommend replacing demo images with your own photos before launch.

No. Our themes are digital products delivered instantly after payment, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If something is not working, our support team will help you fix it. Read our full Refund Policy for details.

Email support@optivatemplates.com with your order number, the theme name, your domain and a description of the issue. We will work with you to fix installation problems, bugs or missing files.

Email support@optivatemplates.com with your order details. We will investigate and correct any verified billing error, such as a duplicate charge or an amount different from the checkout price.

All theme support is provided by email at support@optivatemplates.com. Include your order number, the theme name, the domain where it is installed and a clear description of the issue, with screenshots if possible. We aim to reply within two business days.

Support covers installing the theme, importing demo content, using the included settings and fixing bugs in our code. It does not cover custom design or development, problems caused by third-party plugins, apps or hosting, or changes you have made to the code.

Yes, as a separate paid service. We also offer custom theme development and a setup and launch service. Email support@optivatemplates.com with what you need and we will send you a quote.

We release updates to fix bugs, improve performance and keep themes compatible with new platform versions. You can download updates from your account. Always back up your website before installing an update.

Our themes are built to work with widely used plugins and apps on each platform, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party tool. If you depend on a specific plugin or app, email us before buying and we will tell you what we know.

We collect the details needed to process your order and provide support, such as your name, email address, billing details and license domain. We also collect technical data about how visitors use the site. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Yes. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads and other tracking codes to measure our advertising and show ads to people who have visited before. You can opt out through your cookie choices, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and Google My Ad Center.
