1. About these terms

These terms apply to services provided by Apex Auto Detailing. By requesting a booking you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before booking.

2. Booking requests

Submitting a booking request through this website does not confirm an appointment. Your booking is confirmed only when we contact you to agree the date, time and price.

3. Prices and quotes

Prices shown on this website are starting prices for the stated vehicle size. Final pricing is confirmed after we inspect your vehicle. If extra work is needed, for example due to heavy soiling or pet hair, we will explain why and agree the price with you before continuing.

4. Cancellations and changes

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits for multi-day services may be non-refundable if cancelled at short notice. Edit this section to match your own policy.

5. Your vehicle

• Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment.
• Let us know about existing damage, aftermarket parts, wraps or repaints before work begins.
• Some defects, stains or damage cannot be fully removed. We will tell you what is realistic before starting.

6. Results and aftercare

Results depend on the condition of the vehicle and how it is cared for after the service. Coating and sealant longevity varies with product, usage and maintenance. Follow the aftercare guidance we provide.

7. Satisfaction

If you think we missed something, please tell us within 48 hours of collection and we will arrange to inspect and, where appropriate, correct it.

8. Liability

We take care with every vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Have this section reviewed by a legal professional for your jurisdiction.
