How often should air ducts be cleaned?
Most homes benefit from a professional duct clean every three to five years. Homes with pets, allergy sufferers, smokers or recent renovations usually need it every two to three years.
How long does a duct cleaning visit take?
A typical house takes between two and four hours depending on the number of vents and the size of the system. Larger commercial jobs are scheduled over one or more evenings.
Will duct cleaning make a mess in my home?
No. We cover floors and furniture, seal each register as we work and keep the whole system under negative pressure, so dust is pulled into our equipment rather than into your rooms.
How much does duct cleaning cost?
We quote a fixed price per system after a quick camera inspection, so you know the full cost before any work begins. There are no per-vent surprises or hidden add-ons.
Can duct cleaning help with allergies?
Removing built-up dust, pollen, pet dander and mould spores from your ducts reduces the allergens that circulate every time your heating or cooling runs, which many customers notice within days.
Do you clean dryer vents as well?
Yes. We clear lint from the full dryer vent run, from the back of the machine to the outside hood. A clean vent cuts drying times and lowers one of the most common causes of house fires.
Are your technicians insured?
Every technician is background-checked, fully insured and trained on flexible, rigid metal and commercial ductwork.
Do you service commercial buildings?
Yes. We clean offices, clinics, gyms, cafés and restaurants, and schedule the work after hours so your business keeps trading.
