Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same afternoon. Standard delivery is free on every order and usually arrives the next working day; remote areas can take two to three days.
Returns
You have 30 days to return anything unused in its original packaging. Opened items are welcome too, as long as they are complete and undamaged — we test them and refund within five working days.
Warranty
Every new body and lens carries the manufacturer warranty plus our own two-year store warranty. Bring it to the counter and we deal with the manufacturer for you.
