When do your crews come out?
Seasonal customers are dispatched automatically once 3 cm of snow has fallen. Most clearing happens overnight so properties are ready by morning.
Will plowing damage my lawn or driveway?
We mark edges with reflective stakes before the first storm and use rubber-edged blades on paved and decorative surfaces.
Is your de-icer safe for pets and plants?
Yes, on request. We offer a chloride-free blend that is gentle on paws, gardens and concrete.
Are you insured?
Every crew carries full public liability insurance, and certificates are available to commercial clients on request.
What does a seasonal contract cover?
A seasonal contract covers unlimited clearing from November to March, automatic dispatch at the agreed snowfall trigger, de-icing and a priority place on our storm routes.
Do you clear roofs and remove ice dams?
Yes. Our roof crews use roof rakes and low-pressure steam to remove heavy snow loads and ice dams without damaging shingles or gutters.
How fast can you respond in an emergency?
Our average emergency response is 45 minutes. Seasonal customers always get priority, but we help anyone we can reach during a storm.
How do I get a quote?
